your brows have been freshly treated and will need a little care over the next 24–48 hours to get the best and longest-lasting results.
do
keep brows dry and product-free for at least 24 hours
brush laminated brows into shape daily using a spoolie
use a nourishing brow serum or castor oil nightly to maintain condition
apply SPF over brows when heading outdoors — sun exposure fades tint faster
avoid
get brows wet, steam, or sweat heavily for 24 hours post-treatment
apply makeup, cleansers, or skincare directly on brows for 24 hours
rub or pick at the brow area
use exfoliants or retinol over the brow area — this will lift colour faster
✦ brow lamination results typically last 6–8 weeks. tint lasts 2–4 weeks depending on your skin type and aftercare routine. -
your lashes have just been lifted and/or tinted — give them 24 hours to fully set before getting back to your usual routine.
do
keep lashes completely dry for 24 hours
sleep on your back if possible to avoid crushing the curl
apply a lash conditioning serum or castor oil after the 24-hour window to keep them nourished
use oil-free makeup products around the eye area to extend results
avoid
get lashes wet, use steam or saunas, or swim for the first 24 hours
use a lash curler — your lift has already done that work
apply mascara within the first 24 hours
use oil-based makeup removers directly on the lashes
rub your eyes
✦ a lash lift typically lasts 6–8 weeks — the same natural growth cycle as your lashes. keeping them conditioned helps maintain the curl and keeps them healthy.

your skin has just been through a professional treatment and may feel more sensitive than usual. follow these steps to protect your results and support your skin's recovery.
do
keep skin cool, calm, and hydrated for the next 24–48 hours
apply SPF 50 every morning — this is non-negotiable post-treatment
use gentle, fragrance-free skincare only for the first 48 hours
stay well hydrated — drink plenty of water to support skin recovery
if advised, use the post-treatment products recommended to you at your appointment
avoid
apply retinols, acids (AHA/BHA), or active exfoliants for at least 5–7 days (longer if a peel was used)
pick, squeeze, or touch your face unnecessarily
exercise heavily or get overheated for 24 hours post-treatment
use tanning beds or prolonged sun exposure
book any other facial treatments for at least 1–2 weeks
✦ some redness, mild sensitivity, or light flaking is completely normal after certain treatments. if you're concerned about a reaction, please reach out to us directly — we're always happy to help.
-
freshly waxed skin is more sensitive than usual — it needs a little extra care for the first 24–48 hours to avoid irritation and keep results smooth.
do
wear loose, breathable clothing over waxed areas where possible
apply a soothing, fragrance-free lotion or post-wax oil to calm the skin
begin gentle exfoliation 48–72 hours post-wax to prevent ingrown hairs
keep the area clean and dry for the first 24 hours
avoid
apply deodorant to freshly waxed underarms for 24 hours
exercise or do anything that causes heavy sweating for 24 hours
swim, spa, or soak in a bath for 24 hours
use harsh scrubs, exfoliants, or perfumed products on the area for 48 hours
sunbathe or use tanning beds on waxed skin for at least 48 hours
shave between appointments — this disrupts the hair growth cycle and will make waxing less effective over time
✦ some redness and minor bumping after waxing is completely normal and usually settles within a few hours. if irritation persists beyond 24 hours, please get in touch.

your BIAB application is designed to last — follow these steps to protect your nails and get the most wear out of your set.
do
wear gloves when cleaning, washing dishes, or using chemicals
apply cuticle oil daily — this keeps your nails and skin healthy and helps your set last longer
use your fingertips (not your nails) to type, open cans, and do anything requiring force
book a fill every 3–4 weeks to maintain the health of your natural nail underneath
avoid
pick, peel, or bite at your BIAB — this causes significant damage to the natural nail
use your nails as tools
skip the cuticle oil — hydrated nails hold their shape much better
attempt to remove at home; always come back to the salon for a safe soak-off
✦ BIAB is designed to strengthen and protect your natural nail — not damage it. with the right care between appointments, your nails will genuinely improve over time.

your tan is still developing! what you see right now isn't the final result — give it time to fully develop before rinsing.
do
wait the full development time before showering (your technician will advise — typically 4–8 hours, or overnight for a deeper result)
use lukewarm water and pat your skin dry when you do shower — no rubbing
moisturise daily with an oil-free, tan-friendly lotion to extend your colour
stay out of rain, avoid sweating, and keep skin dry during development
wear loose, dark clothing and avoid bras with underwire during development
avoid
shower, sweat, exercise, or get wet before your development time is up
use oil-based moisturisers or makeup removers — these strip tan
exfoliate or shave until you're ready to remove the tan
go swimming or take long baths — this accelerates fading
✦ spray tan results typically last 7–10 days with proper care. daily moisturising makes the biggest difference to how evenly your tan fades — don't skip it!
